Janet Waldron
President & Instructor • EFDA, COT, RDA
Janet is the President of the Learn to Earn Dental Staff School and brings over 25 years of experience in family dentistry. She holds her Radiation Hygiene certification from Emory University and has taught, trained, and placed dental assistants for more than 18 years.
She currently coaches and consults with practices through Dentistry Infusion. With a background that includes Quest and Fortune Management, Janet offers courses in dental assisting instruction, implant coordination, front office administration, radiology, sealants, and nitrous certification.
Dedicated to student success, she says, “There is nothing more gratifying than teaching dentistry to those who want to learn.” Janet resides in Marietta with her husband, Dr. Jon Waldron.
Dr. Jonathan C. Waldron, D.M.D., P.C.
Director
Dr. Waldron graduated from Duke University in 1966 and earned his Navy Wings in 1968. After a combat tour in Vietnam, he received the Navy Achievement Medal and three Air Medals. He later completed dental school at the University of Florida and served as a Navy dental officer in Taiwan and NAS Atlanta.
A retired Navy Reserve Captain, he has practiced dentistry in Marietta for more than 30 years. Dr. Waldron and his wife Janet live in East Cobb.
Jessica M. McBurnett
Area Manager GA & Instructor • EFDA
A native of West Cobb and one of the earliest graduates of Learn to Earn Dental Staff School, Jessica advanced to Office Manager for a high‑producing pediatric dental office before returning to help educate and mentor new assistants.
She brings strong leadership and community engagement to support graduate placement. Jessica and her husband Michael live in West Cobb with their two young boys.
Danielle Holloway
Area Manager TN & Instructor • RDA
Danielle oversees Tennessee program operations and brings hands‑on clinical experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. She focuses on real‑world skills, mentorship, and student readiness for modern dental practice.
Abby Hanna
Administrative Assistant
Abby joined Dental Staff School in 2015 and provides essential administrative support to staff and students. With a background in dental assisting and office management, she helps streamline admissions, communication, and ongoing student services.
